Great Product!
I only ordered one and now I wish I had ordered another while it was still $10! But this is still a great deal when you compare it to other products out there. I've made chocolate cakes and cheesecakes in this pan and it's not disappointed me once. There was a little leakage though when I was making the cakes so next time I'll be sure to place a baking sheet underneath when working with thin batter. The cheesecakes came out so cute and perfect--they slid out so easily without any greasing. This is also a very sturdy metal pan which also surpassed my expectations.

Takes Practice
This cake takes some practice - especially with the decorating. The top piece bakes much more quickly than the bottom half so place the top part toward the front of the oven. 48 to 50 minutes with a box cake works fine. Decorate the bottom before placing the top piece on - this will make it much easier. The quality of the pan is excellent and it release well.

Quality Bakeware!
When I was first married over 30 years ago I remember my mom saying that even if it seemed extravagant it was worth it to buy quality cookware. So listening to mom we used our wedding gift money and bought the top of the line cookware. I am still using that same dutch oven sauce pan and skillet and right now I think they will probably last longer than I will!
Well when I first saw the price of the Baker's Edge Pan I hesitated. I knew the concept of the pan was terrific. I read all the reviews and I really felt the design of the pan would produce better brownies breads casseroles and just about anything I wanted to try.
Well I remembered my mom's advice and decided to purchase the pan. It has exceeded my expectations as far as even cooking perfect pieces nice edges and even beautiful presentation.
In addition the quality of the pan is amazing. When I think of how many cheap 9x13 pans I have bought over the years I knew I should have applied my mom's cookware rule to bakeware. Most baking pans warp over time or cook unevenly because they are so thin. This pan is unbelievable as far as quality construction. I feel it was a very economical purchase because with proper care it should last forever! I can't imagine needing a replacement. However since the pan is so versatile I would readily purchase another one - using one for a main dish casserole and another for dessert! I sincerely recommend this pan for your bakeware collection

Nice springform. I used it to make the top of my niece's castle birthday cake and a mini cheesecake. Easy cleanup! the tray on the bottom is awesome. I love the fact that it has edging around it.. it makes it so much easier to handle / pick up.

Art Deco Style Cake Pan
Fabulous art deco style heavy duty Wilton bundt cake pan. It is a non-stick pan but be sure to liberally spray the pan with Baker's Joy (a baking spray that contains flour -- normal cooking spray won't do) turn the pan upside down onto paper towels and drain while preparing cake batter. The thicker the batter the greater the detail in the finished product so if using a cake mix it should be altered for bundt cakes which usually includes adding an extra egg and replacing the water in the recipe with yogurt or sour cream (non-fat work fine.) There are many ideas on the internet both for from scratch cakes and modifications for mixes. Also light colored batters (white yellow and spice) show the detail beautifully. For best results let the cake cool 10-15 minutes (no longer) before unmolding. And when thoroughly cool a dusting with powdered sugar adds the perfect finish. As with all non-stick finishes do not use metal utensils on the pan or scrub with harsh scouring pads. This is a very sophisticated design and looks quite spectactular with little effort.

Great cake pans
These cake pans are way better than the Wilton pans. I have used both and the thicker walls and more heavy duty pans means your cakes will be less likely to dome up. Used with magicake strips and your cakes are nearly flat. This set is a great deal for the 5 sizes you get.

Nordic Ware makes the best looking pans but this is my favorite pan from Nordic Ware! This pan makes beautiful breads and cakes. Because it has a non-stick coating you might have to adjust your temperature to a higher setting when baking. And even though it is non-stick I suggest that you spray it with oil before baking because sometimes it does stick! It's also very easy to clean up.

Classy Pan Makes a Distinctive Impression
What's not to like? This is the classiest bundt pan I've ever seen. Most people are unfamiliar with this particular bundt pan design so it always makes a great impression at bake sales or even at dinner parties. There is no more work involved than in baking a plain cake -- and the results are spectacular. Take care to liberally spray the pan with Baker's Joy (cooking spray with flour combination) and use a thick batter to pick up all the design details. There are lots of free bundt cake recipes on line in the various search engines -- some that adapt cake mixes or if you prefer are from scratch creations. Just be sure that after baking you let the cake cool upright in the pan for 15 minutes before attempting to unmold. And the pan will last a lifetime if metal utensils and harsh scouring pads are avoided. No frosting is necessary - just a light sprinkle of powdered sugar and you are done.

Anolon reigns supreme!!
Alright home bakers everywhere throw out those rusty cake pans and warped cookie sheets. Anolon ROCKS and at this price it's stock up time! There are plenty of reasons to love Anolon. Excellent quality even baking the sillicone handles so the clutsiest of bakers (ME!) won't drop fresh baked brownies on the floor...But the #1 reason I love Anolon bakeware is because there is no sticking and therefore no mess! I am a busy mother of three ages 6 4 and 1. I homeschool the six year old and quite honestly I don't have time for scrubbing pans. One gentle wipe with the dish rag and these babies are clean! Awesome! Oh and I have a tendency to burn things and thankfully Anolon makes that pretty difficult to do. This pan is heavy beautifully finished and bakes like a dream. The non-stick finish works great and the baked cake shows crisp patterns and is beautiful when glazed. Sure it's pricey but it will last forever and I will use it over and over and over.

The versatile alphabet pan
This is an incredibly versatile pan that is only limited by your imagination! I have been doing all kinds of cakes for about 30+ years including wedding cakes and while I found this pan to be rather expensive I also realized that I could do just about ANYTHING with it! I would suggest that if you plan on spelling out someone's name or a long word that you get two pans; that way you can be baking one and getting another cake ready to go into the oven at the same time. It is costly at the beginning but the amount of time that you save in the long run will be worth it. The only thing that I wish it had were some blocks that were triangles that could be substituted for the entire square. Otherwise it is great and I am very pleased that I got two of them!

cannot stack
The pans are tapered and cannot be double stacked so the cake can only be 6" tall. I was disappointed that I could not use them for the wedding cake.

Wonderful Large Bar Pan
The large bar pan is an essential baking dish in my kitchen. I use it to make pizza brownies cinnamon muffins breakfast dishes etc. I just roll out a pizza dough from Pillsbury and then brush it with a little oil and garlic then pre bake the pizza for about 10 minutes. I then remove the pan from the oven and add fresh tomatoes onions mushrooms zuchini and sprinkle with some shredded cheese and italian spices. Then I put it back in the oven for about 15 minutes and out comes a great taking pizza with a wonderful crisp crust. After the pizza is eaten and the pan is ready to clean I simply run hot water over it and use the included nylon scraper to get any baked on food off. My pan has been used for over a year and looks brand new because I have followed the manufactures directions to never use soap of any kind on it. Believe it or not soap is not needed to remove food from the pan. The key is to first oil it well on the first use and each use thereafter. Stoneware makes baked goods so good and I am so glad I have one in my kitchen. It really doesn't take long to clean it and it is so worth it. I love my Large Bar Pan.
