Nordic Ware makes the best looking pans but this is my favorite pan from Nordic Ware! This pan makes beautiful breads and cakes. Because it has a non-stick coating you might have to adjust your temperature to a higher setting when baking. And even though it is non-stick I suggest that you spray it with oil before baking because sometimes it does stick! It's also very easy to clean up.More detail ...
